Dapple had a big smile on their face as they started preparing for another trip out to Marooner’s Bay. They put their pink slopsuit on, adjusting their hat just so. They enjoyed The Undaunted Guardian’s company a lot, & seeing her was pretty much the highlight of their day.
As they were about to hop onto the helicopter, the doors to the helicopter room swung open. Dapple jumped, the sound of the doors opening startling them.
“Greetings, Dapple.” Mr. Grizz said.
“Ah! Hi, Mr. Grizz!”
“Have you gotten any clues on who the helicopter hijacker is yet?”
“Umm, no.. But! I believe they might be using the helicopters to fly to Marooner’s Bay. I’m.. not entirely sure, though.”
“...I see.”
Mr. Grizz hands Dapple some small devices. They took a look at them.
“These will help us find just where exactly the helicopter hijacker is going for certain.”
“Are these-”
“Tracking devices? Precisely. Since you’re already in here, I recommend sticking those on the helicopters right now.”
“Oh- of course! I can do that!”
“Fantastic. Farewell.”
Mr. Grizz left the helicopter room, closing the door behind him. Dapple took another glance at the tracking devices in their hands.
“..This can’t be good.”
